MFSP Launches into 2011 with Special Guest Jon Steinman of Deconstructing Dinner

Welcome to the McGill Food Systems Project blog! In the past month, MFSP has begun to undergo some serious renovations while simultaneously hosting an incredibly successful event here at McGill featuring Jon Steinman of the podcast “Deconstructing Dinner”  and working with McGill Food and Dining Services to launch a six-part strategic plan for sustainable purchasing at McGill.
